Projects

Software I build and run myself. Each one shows how active it is, the parts I’m proudest of, and what changed lately.

Matrix

My task board: an Eisenhower matrix I place tasks on freely, with an Inbox, notes and a weekly review.

01Place, don’t sortFour quadrants sized by what matters, Do first always the largest; tasks go anywhere in them by drag and drop.
02Notes that linkMarkdown notes with math and checklists, links between tasks with backlinks, repeats and date nudges.
03An assistant that only suggestsClaude reads the board and proposes changes; nothing moves until I press Apply.

Vault

My portfolio, kept to the targets I chose: a brief every month, drift at a glance, news about what I hold.

01A monthly briefWhat moved, what’s coming up and what’s left to do this month, against the targets I chose.
02Drift at a glanceEvery holding against its target band, with the buy that brings it back.
03Gains in plain sightWhat each holding has made or lost since I bought it, in won, with the exchange rate counted for US shares.

Herald

Where I write: pages leave the Citadel for this site, one way only.

02Sections that rememberEach section keeps when it was added and last edited, and the feeds announce only what’s new.
03One way outPublishing uploads plain files; nothing on this site can reach back into the Citadel.

Across the rooms

02An assistant in every roomClaude reads the room I’m in and proposes changes as cards; nothing changes until I press Apply.

Recent updates

Oct 25, 2026Improvedptrtoj.com and Citadel show my J as their icon in browser tabs and on a phone's home screen.
Oct 25, 2026ImprovedOn ptrtoj.com: the Changelog dates the move to my own app (October 2026), About counts nine moves, and the Vault's picture on Projects shows the whole app.
Oct 24, 2026FixedFixed a security issue.
Oct 24, 2026Improvedptrtoj.com now comes from Citadel: the wiki, the translations, the projects and the changelog, as plain pages that load fast and keep nothing about readers.
Oct 24, 2026ImprovedThe public site (not yet public): About says how the site is served, and Citadel's card on Projects says simply that only I can reach it.
Oct 24, 2026ImprovedThe tabs have new names: Tasks is now the Matrix, Portfolio is the Vault and Publish is the Herald; the links back from Settings and the Herald say Matrix too.

What I’m proudest of

01The two-sided cardA passage on one side, your own thoughts on the other, ruled like a legal pad, with math that looks right.
02Written by peopleAI is kept from writing for readers and AI crawlers are kept out, and the site says plainly that no one can block AI entirely.
03CiteChicago, MLA, APA or IEEE in one tap, ready to paste into an essay.

What I’m proudest of

01Quiz analysis (쪽지시험 분석)Item analysis over every try: how well each question tells students apart, the spread of correct rates, first versus later tries, and when students study.
02The appAn iPhone and Android app with alerts for new notices and quizzes, in preparation now.
03Wrong-answer notebook (오답노트)Every wrong question gathers by itself; pin one to keep it on top, mark it studied, and it comes back if missed again.

claude-defaults

The rulebook my Claude Code teams work by: seven sessions, three branches, and one person who decides.

Since Oct 2026v2.0.113 releases in five days
claude-defaults, a screen of the product

What I’m proudest of

01Teams, not one sessionDesign, Build, Rehearsal, Refactor, Red, Ship and Upkeep each run as their own session, folder and branch, so no session checks its own work.
02Queues, not a clipboardWork passes between teams as handoffs that wait in each team’s queue; I type next instead of copying prompts between terminals.
03Nothing ships without a previewEvery change you can see on a screen is approved on a private preview page first, with screenshots at the sizes that matter.

Recent updates

Oct 19, 2026ImprovedEvery step I have to take comes with its exact command, and a session finds the command out before asking me.
Oct 19, 2026NewHandoffs wait in each team’s queue instead of being carried by hand; a team takes the next one when I type next.
Oct 19, 2026NewA method for the Refactor team: find hotspots with evidence, build the safety net first, and never mix structure and behaviour in one commit.
Oct 19, 2026ImprovedEach project’s instructions file stays small; history and long reference move to their own documents.
Oct 19, 2026FixedFixed an important security issue.
Oct 19, 2026ImprovedReplies are reports in sections under emoji headings, always in the same order, with my steps in one place only.
Oct 19, 2026NewEvery preview page names the session that made it, so I answer in the right terminal.
Oct 17, 2026NewEvery reply lists the prompts to paste into other sessions, in order.
Oct 17, 2026FixedFixed a security issue.
Oct 17, 2026NewTwo new teams: Content, for what readers read, and Head, a front desk that turns any idea into a plan by team.
Oct 17, 2026NewEvery change you can see on a screen is approved on a private preview page before it counts as done.
Oct 17, 2026NewMy steps are lettered a., b., c., so I can answer “a. DONE”; a step I skip comes back.
Oct 16, 2026ImprovedEvery session checks whether its project follows the newest rules and asks before updating.
Oct 15, 2026NewFirst release: two projects’ instructions merged into one, free of any one stack or country, with a stable ID for every rule.

Activity counts come from each project’s repository when I publish; the code itself stays private.
